FITNESS MOTIVATION

Being motivated can sometimes only last for a day, a week or a month but in that time remember to store that drive in a place that you can access it even when you would rather be lazy than lift a weight. My secret is constant re-motivating. Whether I go to a new gym, download new music or buy a new sexy workout top, I trick myself into wanting to go to the gym not just having to go. This ALWAYS works for me and I have a feeling that if you just try it once you will see how effective it can be! LIFT ON PEOPLE!
