Hydrating in this heat while pregnant
I have noticed that this summer heat has left me feeling more tired and lethargic than my usual self. I know everyone says that pregnancy is to blame but I find that if I am hydrated and stay moving around the general fatigue doesnt hit me until 8pm or later.
To that point getting up 8 times a night to pee is not my idea of fun so here are some ways to stay hydrated with out slugging down liters of water before bed.
What I try for now is to make sure my dinner has green leafy veggies or fruit added to it- these can add to your hydration but slowly and so your body can absorb them efficiently without running to the bathroom all night!
